Overview
BestFax (Pty) Ltd, a local company specializing in fax services, aims to provide the South African business market with innovative new outscored fax solutions. Using secure encrypted internet links as its transport system, it allows faxes to be seamlessly and securely integrated.
Background
We as BestFax use various agency networks to distribute our product. BEST FAX is the best example of this. In 2001 through khuluma synergies we managed to issue our first bulk number range to Atlantic 10 000 numbers as well as various other agencies namely; Super group and Mabuza Health. We are currently doing 51% of the number range of an east London based company, Data2Data. We also have the likes of companies like Matrixwarehouse Computer Group, Notebook Company supplying their Customers with Fax Numbers, various smaller resellers like GTMT, ACT Solutions, Broadband to all. At the moment we have over 35 000 customers.
Fax to mail
Fax to mail has proven to be a remarkable success, with a million faxmail numbers issued in South Africa over the past three years. The management of Best Fax has been the innovators of this service, and has build on this success to provide more sophisticated services to the corporate market, where the bulk of faxing is performed.
