You have 2 options to fix this problem:
1. Do the following:
• Right click on the fax attachment and save it to your desktop.
• Go to your Desktop and right click on the saved .tiff file
• Select “Open With”
• Select “Choose Program...”
• Scroll down in the list and find “Windows Image and Fax Viewer”, click on it once.
• Select the tick box under the list of programs “Always use the selected program to open this kind of file”
• Click “OK”
From then on all your fax attachments should open from your email InBox when you double click on it.
or
2. Download the fax viewer, but remember to select .TIFF in the installation.
