1. Make sure the sender of the fax, typed in the RIGHT fax number and the sender must make
sure that the fax was successfully transmitted to your 086 fax 2 email number.
2. Has your email address changed, and you maybe forgot to update your details with us. This
can resolve in also not receiving your faxes. If you need to change your email address

3. Have a look in your Spam or Junk mail box, Our fax server sends out 80 000 emails a day.
That is why your ISP thinks it is spam.
4. If your fax is NOT in your spam or junk mail box, please do the following:
please contact your ISP or IT Technician and ask them to "Whitelist" the following address
bestfax@telkomsa.net
After you have whitelisted our fax servers email address, we can resend your faxes for you or
you can resend them your self from your online control panel.
